Economy 5lb-70lb (5-8 Business Days):$19.90 USD

Standard 0lb-1lb (3-4 Business Days):$6.90 USD

Standard 1lb-5lb (3-4 Business Days):$9.90 USD

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days excluding weekend and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

RETURNS

DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping delays do not fall under the Lux Global Goods's liability. For delayed shipping, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

DAMAGED ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Officially, Lux Global Goods is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been places in the hands of the shipping carrier. However, If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in any way we can.
